Singapore, April 2, 2007 — Xilinx, Inc. (NASDAQ: XLNX), the world’s leading programmable logic supplier, and Excelpoint Technology Ltd (SGX:Excelpoint), a leading demand creation distributor of advanced technology active components and total solutions provider, today announced their distributor agreement which includes distribution rights in mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. This agreement is effective immediately and involves the dissemination of all Xilinx field-programmable gate arrays (FPGAs), complex programmable logic devices (CPLDs), development software and intellectual property cores.
